Side Calf Pain Calf Pain From Track And Field?

Calf pain from track and field? - side calf pain

I've hurt a lot of triple jump in recent weeks and calves. You have pain when I make too many leaps and after my practice. The pain was injured in the muscle and a little on the sides of the calves. It does not hurt when I walk, but if he runs, jumps and starts, long after the injured. I want answers and advice on what I can do and what could be?

This is normal. I have exactly the problem at this stage of my career yesterday. All you can do is to stretch from time to time, and if possible get some jelly A535 helps relax the muscles.

It is perfectly normal, while stretching. Sometimes when I run because I'm on the track team.
